**You can contact Support from the Official Website:**
1. Go to the official Avakin Life website - https://www.avakin.com
2. The message icon (💬) will appear at the bottom right of the page.
3. Click on the icon: an automatic window will open saying: "Hi! How can we help you?"
4. Choose the category of your issue.
5. The system will display an automatic reply or help article.
6. At the end of the reply, you will be asked: "Was this reply helpful?"
7. Click "No"
8. A new page will then open allowing you to send a message to support.
9. Fill out the form with: • Your Avakin ID • Email • Description of the issue • Any attachments (screenshots)
10. Submit and wait for a response via email or chat.

Also when certain players who have gotten badges by using a moderator and when reported to lkwd ambassadors they do nothing because they are a part of there family? Just curious why this is being allowed when there are genuine content creators putting in the effort to try to win

Luci_gavHola, quería comunicar una queja y al mismo tiempo una preocupación sincera como jugadora antigua de Avakin Life.
Llevo años jugando y es triste ver cómo un juego que antes tenía tanta vida, comunidad y creatividad fue decayendo por falta de actualizaciones significativas. Muchas veces las personas que jugamos sentimos que la empresa dejó de escuchar lo que realmente pedimos. Y aunque seguimos entrando por cariño, da la sensación de que Avakin se quedó estancado mientras otros juegos avanzan.
Hoy la experiencia se repite siempre: ropa nueva, un set, y nada más. No hay cambios reales en jugabilidad, interacción o eventos que generen emoción. Es frustrante ver el potencial enorme que tiene el juego y que no se aproveche. Por eso quería expresar mi decepción, pero también plantear ideas que la comunidad repite hace años y que podrían revivir Avakin si de verdad las tomaran en serio.
Lo que más pedimos es más interacción entre jugadores.
Avakin es un juego social, y sin interacciones nuevas la experiencia perdió sentido. Estaría buenísimo agregar acciones como besos, abrazos, tomarse de la mano o bailes sincronizados. Eso no solo haría el juego más divertido, sino que devolvería lo que lo hizo especial: la conexión entre personas.
También hace falta una mejora urgente en las relaciones dentro del juego. Sería increíble poder tener etiquetas como “en pareja”, “casado con @usuario”, “mejor amigo”, etc. Eso existe en muchos juegos sociales actuales y sería una actualización que realmente cambiaría la dinámica y la comunidad.
Otro punto importante es el sistema arcaico de movimiento. En pleno 2025, tener que tocar el piso para caminar se siente viejo. Muchos jugadores piden caminar con joystick o control como en cualquier juego moderno. Son detalles que hacen la experiencia más fluida y atractiva.
Además, necesitamos eventos reales, no solo “nueva ropa”. Antes Avakin tenía misiones, minijuegos y actividades que te daban ganas de entrar todos los días. Hoy solo queda comprar. La comunidad agradecería muchísimo eventos participativos, desafíos, competiciones o mapas nuevos temporales que de verdad se sientan como una actualización.
Por último, mucha gente se está yendo porque sienten que el juego perdió identidad. Avakin se llenó de chats +18, porque no hay contenido ni actividades que den otra cosa para hacer. Si el juego tuviera interacciones, misiones y eventos reales, ese problema desaparecería solo.
No escribo esto para atacar, sino porque todavía hay quienes queremos ver Avakin renacer. Tiene potencial, tiene historia, tiene comunidad… solo necesita que Lockwood vuelva a escucharnos. No queremos más ropa; queremos sentir que el juego evoluciona.
Ojalá puedan considerar estas ideas o, al menos, entender por qué tantos jugadores estamos decepcionados. Avakin podría volver a ser increíble con actualizaciones pensadas de verdad para la experiencia del jugador.
