Arrivals, departures and bans, by month

Almost nobody walked out. They were removed.

Only 13 people ever chose to leave this channel. Another 52 were banned, peaking at 17 in August — a moderation purge, not an exodus. What actually declined was arrivals: 8 joined in the first month, 3 in the last.

CabotFan42First thing for leg pain, if you can afford it, a doctors visit. If not, a good knee brace with some support on the sides is a good idea. If it continues to hurt, there may be something going on there. If you want to you could look up exercises for injured knees and do some of them to see if they help. Is there any specific motion that hurts most?
pastaeater2000want to be able to get back into a raft without assistance and flip it by the start of next season. I'm not sure how to work on the specific motion that it requires. Here is a [video](https://youtu.be/zKj77yROpLI?si=gRyWcykRxtGuV55p) with what I'm talking about (around min 2 he stops talking). What I'm doing currently is a minimalistic routine. 5 sets of 5 of the following: bench press, lat pull down, dumbell overhead press, row, squats, rdls, and lunges. Plus core stuff. But it doesn't feel like any of those are actually That close to the movement pattern needed to get back in the boat? Should I just keep doing those and hope for the best or is there something better I can be doing to prepare
pastaeater2000Pardon, the first part just got caught off. I have a more niche goal and I'm not sure how to achieve it. Any advice? (See above)
curtis50centjacksHello
Green-Force3064Lat pull down is good for the motion, id add laying pullovers to that. It's an accessible muscle up like exercise that is closer to the movement you want since you have to pull your weight around the wall of the boat. Its lats yes but working in symbiosis with the pecs.
pastaeater2000That's so smart
Puzzleheaded_Bat_409Any mods on? I’ve met all the requirements for a progress post but it still won’t let me post
Green-Force3064its prolly ur contributions
