MietjeMiekHi guys! I bought my first real Bialetti after using a fake one for years but after rinsing it and preparing it for first use, when it started building up pressure there was a crack in the top compartment, causing it to leak. I filled out a form on the bialetti website but never heard back.... anyone know where I can claim?

dimarhGuys, have you heard of the idea of adding some little hot water on the upper chamber while waiting for the coffee, so It wont touch the hot metal? I do this the last 2 days and the result is great. No more burned taste or aroma🤯
