Loose_Olive9583Planning a 3 AM motorcycle ride from Ramgarh → Corbett for a 6:30 AM safari. Smart idea or idiotic? Need honest opinions. We’re three friends on a bike trip in Uttarakhand and have made a possibly dumb decision. We booked a 6:30 AM safari at Bijrani (Aamdanda Gate, Corbett). But our stay the night before is in Malla Ramgarh. To reach the gate in time, we’d have to start the downhill ride around 2:45–3:00 AM on two bikes. Before we commit to this, I want straight answers from people who know this region better than Google Maps: Is the Ramgarh → Ramnagar → Aamdanda Gate route safe at 3 AM? Any real cases of tiger / leopard / elephant movement on this stretch before sunrise? How bad is the fog end-November? Are the roads OK for a night descent on bikes? Do locals/travellers actually do this, or is it one of those ideas that only looks good on paper? We’re experienced riders and comfortable with long distances.We just don’t want to underestimate wildlife, visibility, or cold at that hour. Is this a “go for it, just be careful” kind of thing? Or a “absolutely stay closer to Ramnagar if you don’t want trouble” kind of thing? Any firsthand experience, warnings, or tips will help a ton. Thanks in advance.
