Curious_Cause6599Hi I’m having issues on the payroll calculation results for period report. When you fill out the prompts hourly workers that worked less than 80 hours. When you run the report, it also pulls in salaried employees because it is not looking at compensation plan, which is hourly this payroll audit report is looking at Standard base pay . Standard base pay also includes both salary and hourly and this is why the payroll audit report is not working . I have tried to edit the eligibility role, but nothing appears and Workday community article states To use the Payroll audit report but this report is totally different than the payroll calculation report for period
WorkdayWomanIt sounds like you just need to make a copy of the report and customize it for your needs. Am I familiar with this report at all but anytime something delivered doesn't work for me, they make a copy and make it work.

InitialService9941Hello, I have a scenario, there are hundreds of integrations that run on a daily basis for us. If there is any issue in general user opens a HR ticket with us in service now. It is a generic email and creates a ticket as soon as as someone sends a mail to that. Now I want to build an integration where it looks at the status and creates a ticket so we can resolve immediately rather than waiting for the end user or receiver to reach to us. can I use orchestrate for this? I want to learn it so guessing this would be a good realtime example

My WQL query: SELECT name, workdayID, plan FROM Compensation WHERE employeesWithPlan = '123' I’m sure the ID is correct and the field is indexed, but I always get 200 OK with zero results. Other multi-instance fields work fine. Is this failing because the array has too many instances? I’ve tried variations like .id and _id, but they return WQL errors. No docs available — stuck for days. Any help appreciated.
